This is just my personal belief about ghost. Ghost
are the spirits of people who have died (There's a concept). Most aren't evil, they just watch over us. My family
has always believed that the spirits of our deceased family often are around us and protecting us. On occasion they
have been known to make their presence known to everyone.
Some cases that have personaly happened to me:
One night I was sitting in my living room watching wrestling
on TV, I was surprised to see a rocking chair in the corner facing the TV was rocking on it's own. There was not a stitch
of wind or vibration so there was really no scientific explaination. I was later told by my grandmother that her father
liked to watch wrestling and it was he who was in that rocker.
I'm an avid reader and do most of my reading at night, but
I am also known for staying up to late reading. Well, I guess that someone else thinks that to, because most every night
my light will shut off at about 9:30, 10 o'clock. I was wondering for a while why it was happening, but soon found out.
I started to notice a sorta yeasty smell by the side of my bed just before it shut off, and the only thing it makes me think
of is beer. And when I think of beer I think of my sisters' late father. And it would make sense to me that he'd
like me to go to bed early, he was a dad.
And my final story is one night I was lying asleep in my bed, when I noticed that my bed felt like someone was leaning
against it. Then I saw through closed eyelids the light turned on. I didn't open my eyes I just kind of assumed
it was my grandmother, doing something or another. Then I felt the covers get pulled over my head. I was a little
apprehensive, but i didn't open my eyes or move the blanket, I was scared, but not scared all at the same time. Then
the pressure on the bed was gone and the light was off. I just laid there stiff untill I finaly fell asleep. In
the morning i asked my grandmother if she had gone in my room that night and she looked at me like i had three heads and said
no. I still don't know what the hell happened that night.
